Jeff Schleeter

Jeff Schleeter was born in the Twin Cities, but grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with an emphasis in Health and Medical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Jeff obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

While in law school, Jeff participated in the Mitchell Hamline Intellectual Property Clinic where he helped obtain intellectual property protection for those who couldn’t afford representation.

Prior to joining Fields Law, Jeff clerked at a Minneapolis law firm that specializes in personal injury and mass tort. While clerking, Jeff had an opportunity to advocate for those harmed by dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices. This is when Jeff further developed his passion in protecting the “little guy” against big multi-billion-dollar corporations.

Jeff’s passion for representing community members brought him to Fields Law where he currently practices Long Term Disability, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Fair Credit Reporting Act violations and Personal Injury.

Practicing in multiple practice areas gives Jeff the skills necessary to effectively represent his clients who are facing a wide range of problems. Jeff understands the importance of putting his client’s interests first and protecting the rights of the injured and disabled.

Mr. Schleeter is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys staying active, watching movies and spending time with his family and daughter.
